OTP (One Time Password) :-
OTP (One Time Password)
English:-
OTP (One Time Password) is a temporary password/code that is used to authenticate or verify a login session, account verification, transaction, or other digital activity. It is also known as a One-Time Password or Dynamic Password.
An OTP is generally valid for one specific verification attempt and remains valid only for a limited period of time. After the validity period expires, the OTP becomes invalid/expired and cannot be used again.
An OTP may be sent to the user's registered mobile number, email ID, or a supported authentication application/service, depending on the system.
Note: The length and validity period of an OTP are not fixed universally. They may vary depending on the bank, website, application, or service provider. Therefore, a 6-digit OTP with a 10-minute validity should not be considered a universal rule.
